Restaurant ’t Achterhuus is on the Dominee T.O. Hylkemaweg in Giethoorn. Since December 2024 Davy and Gerjanne have run the restaurant, with a French-international cuisine that cooks with the seasons.

Davy and Gerjanne
Since December 2024 ’t Achterhuus has been open again, with Davy and Gerjanne at the helm. Davy is in the kitchen and cooks with care and craft. Gerjanne welcomes the guests at the front. Together with their team they make sure you can eat in a relaxed way.
The restaurant is on the Hylkemaweg, in Giethoorn. From the private car park next to the restaurant you step straight onto the road, with the little canals and bridges close by. ’t Achterhuus is also an accredited training company.
