Lunch
During the day you can have lunch here, inside or on the terrace by the village canal. The lunch is in a Dutch and international style, for a quick bite or a relaxed lunch with your party.
Restaurant ’t Vonder is in a building on the Binnenpad, in the centre of Giethoorn. From the terrace on the village canal you look out over the water and the boats passing by.
’t Vonder used to be a doctor’s house and later a grocery shop. Now it is a homely café-restaurant run by owners Ank and Erik-Jan. You come for coffee with something sweet, a lunch, drinks or a dinner, inside or on the terrace by the village canal. The restaurant is on the boating route through the village, so from your table you see the boats go by.
At Restaurant ’t Vonder you can have lunch and dinner, drink coffee with cake, have drinks on a terrace by the village canal, eat out with children, have a day in Giethoorn arranged for a group, celebrate a wedding or anniversary and rent a boat through the sister business.
